The synopsis goes something like this ...

Hannah (Gimpera), a 700-year-old vampire is mistakenly released from her tomb on the remote Vampire Island. Afterwards she begins her reign of terror by sucking the blood of any living human in and around the premises. The son of the man who released Hannah takes it upon himself to defeat the toothy woman, but will he be any match for the island's number one citizen?

Also known as La tumba de la isla maldita or Hanah: Queen of the Vampires, the film is a joint US-Spanish production filmed in Turkey and generally considered a turkey right around the globe.
